Clinica..significance
Changes in functional connectivity of the DMN implicate several neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders such as Alzheimer`s disease, Parkinson`s disease (PD), epilepsy (especially temporal lobe epilepsy), ADHD, and mood disorders.
